I really don't know what kind of a picture the author is using but there is no possible way the martini could look like that. Tamarind concentrate is an ugly maroon color and when I tried making this recipe, it came out looking so bad. I'm sorry to be harsh, but this author is either lying about this recipe or is missing a lot of ingredients. Terrible martini recipe!
