- 1 tsp. maple syrup

- 2 garlic cloves (minced)

- 2 Tbsp. barbecue sauce (your favorite)
- 1/2 tsp. salt (+ more to taste)
- 8 oz. soba noodles (package, I used 100% buckwheat)
- 2 Tbsp. tahini
- 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup curly parsley (packed)
- 1/2 tsp. maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp. salt (+ more to taste)
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper (+ more to taste)
