    This masa for the tamales was very easy to make and very tasty. In the past I mixed the dough by hand,, not necessary, if you have a good mixer it works well. Additionally, I steamed the tamales in the instant pot and I steamed them for 25 minutes and let the pressure diminish naturally...they came out perfect.
