- 14 oz. hard cheese (grated, you can use a mixture of cheddar, mozzarella and any other hard cheese you like or a combination, but make sure there is at least one type of yellow cheese)

- 2 onions (medium, peeled and finely chopped)
- salt (to taste)
- ground black pepper (to taste)
- fresh dill (Chopped, to taste, optional; if using, do not overdo – add just a little to add some flavor)
