- french fries (if you don't have an Actifry, use fries made however you make them)
- 2 sausage (cooked, sliced and fried until browned around the edges, I sous vide mine at 141F for 2 hrs)
- cheese curds
- sauce (Poutine)
- 750 grams sweet potato (a mix of, and russet potato)
- 1/2 olive oil (the green spoon included with the Actifry of)
- salt (maldon)
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 1 tsp. champagne vinegar
- 1 dash soy sauce (approx 1/2 tsp)
- 5 sprigs thyme
- salt
- pepper
