- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. mirin
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 250 grams mushroom (mixed, I use 150 gram shimeji, 50 gram enoki, 50 gram shiitake)
- 100 grams carrot (peeled and cut into thin rounds)
- 100 grams konnyaku (cut into thin slices and blanched in boiling water)
