Great deep rich flavor! It was a little salty for me so next time I’d use low sodium soy sauce or light soy sauce for sure. Dried mushrooms and eggs are a MUST! Topped with some chili oil and it was great!

Delicious! I didn’t measure the sauce quantities so made mine a bit saucier. Great flavor and easy to make!

this is an easy recipe to make.
did not use a lot of shallots just fried a few of them so you get that sweet onion taste in the mix.
I will defiantly use this recipe again
