- 1/4 tsp. hot red pepper flakes (dried)
- 2 1/2 lb. beef short ribs (meaty)
- 1 3/4 cups reduced sodium chicken broth (14 ounces)
- 10 oz. chinese wheat noodles (dried, * or linguine)
- 1 cup mung bean sprouts (fresh)
- 4 Tbsp. mustard greens (Chinese pickled)
- 4 inches chile (long fresh red, optional, thinly sliced)
