Description
This blondie will definitely satisfy your chocolate craving but the addition of pineapple takes it to another world.
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 cups light brown sugar
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3/4 cup butter (melted)
- 2 large eggs
- 3 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup pecans (chopped)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded coconut (separated reserve 1/2 cup for top)
- 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup crushed pineapple (drained)

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a 9 x 13 baking pan with parchment paper, or grease and flour the pan.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder and salt, set aside.
- In another bowl, whisk together butter and brown sugar until combined. Add eggs and vanilla to mixture and mix well. Take the dry ingredients and fold into wet ingredients until combined.
