My daughter loved it which makes it a success! I used rice vinegar because I didn’t have red wine vinegar. I made a big salad for my daughter and me for lunch, and she said it was delicious!

This is an awesome tasting dressing. I used it on green salad, with raw veggies and cooked spinach.
