- 1 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
- 3 cups bread (cubed sesame semolina, or similar)
- 1/2 cup grated romano
- 1/2 cup Parmigiano Reggiano (grated)
- 2 Tbsp. za’atar seasoning
- 1/2 cup Tahini
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 lemons (juiced)
- black pepper (to taste)
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce (heads-up for vegetarians: Worcestershire sauce contains anchovies, optional)
- 1 cup Parmigiano Reggiano (grated, loosely packed)
- 1 head romaine lettuce (coarsely chopped)
- 1 lacinato kale (bundle, stemmed and coarsely chopped)
- 1 head escarole (coarsely chopped)
- 1 cup chopped parsley (dill and mint)
