- 25 grams fresh coriander (leaves, roughly chopped)

- 1/4 head cos (or iceberg, thinly sliced)
- 3 tomatoes (ripe medium, cored and diced)
- 1 1/2 avocados (diced)
- 150 grams shredded cheddar cheese
- sour cream (for garnish, optional)
