Excellent recipe! I added leftover roasted corn to it. This is a new regular in our home!

Very good The summer squash came out very tender all the meat and the ingredients blended great it was a meal in itself

Pretty good. I omitted the bell pepper and added cilantro. I used zucchini instead of summer squash. I think also added garlic and garlic powder. It is perfect for lunch. I will make this again.

Amazing! I used ground beef and a homemade blend of taco seasoning instead of turkey. Definitely going to make again, even my kids loved it!

I simplified the recipe some and used some leftover taco meat from a previous dinner. Great way to use up summer squash from the garden and leftover taco meat.

Covered @ 400 degrees for only 35 minutes? Yes please! 5 stars! Super yummy! Salsa in the bottom of the pan made it great! And I too used ground beef instead of turkey.

Great!!! I used lean ground beef instead of turkey, but other than that followed the recipe. We loved it

Absolutely loved this! I used butternut squash instead of summer squash, added more seasoning (half a pkt), used fresh tomatoes rather than canned, added cilantro to the filling, and used elk meat instead of beef. it's one of my favorites, I will definitely be making this again!

Loved it. The only thing I changed was mincing the veggies so I didn't have to cook them on the stove as long before putting the dish in the oven and I used more salsa in place of the tomato sauce.

Very easy to make and taste great! Even my picky child liked it. I made my own low sodium taco seasoning. I will definitely be making this again.

This had great flavor and my 3.5 and 1.5 year old loved it. The 35 min bake time at 400 degrees seemed a little long...I only had it in about 25 min
