    Tasted great! I always forget what a hassle stuffing shells is, though. Even the jumbo ones are smaller than you think and it's a pain. I'd probably do the same recipe again but mix it in with macaroni (or tiny shells!) and make a casserole instead!

    What a fun, easy dish. We used ground turkey, and I very heavily seasoned the meat with plenty of taco seasoning. I also used quite a bit more cheese to suit our tastes. Since it just the two of us, I split the recipe into baking pans and slid one into the freezer for later.

    Good easy recipe. . I. substituted Alce Nero Penne di Mais evRiso because I couldnt find giant shells in my market and the corn taste gave it an added texture and flavor... Quarter sliced cherry tomatoes mixed in with the seasoning.

    Just like a taco, but without as much mess. It was well received and I will be making it again. I think in the future I will make a little more meat mix and a little more salsa on top to meet my tastes. Don't count on it only taking 30mins though, it took closer to an hour start to finish.

    This was really good... I added onions and fresh cut tomatoes to the meat recipe and wish I would have added more cheese in general to the shells (for me) they were too meaty.. like it needed some more to make it more than just meet in a shell besides that.. it was awesome and besides my own picky thoughts, my family and most importantly my kids loved it! Oh one more thing.. it took WAY longer to prep than stated

    It was very tasty and super easy. I added a can of the south west corn blend to the ground turkey and topped stuffed shells with plain greek yogurt then added the salsa and cheese. It was delicious!
