This is one of my favorite recipes. It was quick and easy and great for a family recipe right after work. The kids asked for seconds. I'm planning to cook this recipe for company, it was so good. I did alter it a little; I used regular ground beef, rinsed it off and drained it twice. I also used regular spaghetti and broke them in half. This was cheaper to do and because this recipe is rather low in calories it was a great fit for my eating life style. I've even shared this recipe with my co-workers.
