- baby spinach (Spring Mix/Baby Lettuce Mix (your choice))
- 2 chopped tomatoes (medium)
- 1 medium onion (thinly sliced)
- 1 cucumber (peeled and sliced)
- 10 oz. olives (can of, drained and sliced)
- 2 cups Mexican cheese blend
- 9.75 oz. Doritos Chips (crush to medium to small pieces)
- 16 oz. black beans (rinsed, if desired)
- 16 oz. corn (drained, if desired)
- salsa (your favorite)
- taco sauce (your favorite)
- thousand island dressing
- sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 pinch crushed red pepper flakes (omit if your family does not like spicy seasoning)
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1 Tbsp. cumin
