- 1 lb. beef (prepared, barbacoa, I used a prepackaged Kroger Cooked Barbacoa)
- 2 avocados (ripe, peeled seeded and mashed)
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 3/4 cup ranch dressing (prepared, my Ranch dressing recipe)
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 tsp. ground cumin
