Really good added onion and red pepper cuz I had it. Could add other things easily. I thought maybe I wouldn’t need the dressing if it has salsa, but the dressing is really very tasty. I made my own taco seasoning.

Turned out pretty good. Very simple to make. The sauce however was not good until I tweaked it. Following the instructions I made the sauce and you couldn't taste anything but olive oil so I added more lime and a extra pack of taco seasoning. I also added morning star chipotle and black bean crumbles 👌🏾 will definitely make again.

Delicious and simple. I doubled the pasta and kept everything else and it was still good

I liked it but would probably do rice next time instead of noodles. Just a preference

Really tasty! I've been delving into healthier recipes after living a life of meat and starch, and this one turned out really well. In the future, I might add slightly less olive oil- maybe a 1/4 cup instead of 1/3. Will make again!

Delicious! I 1/4ed it for my family of 4 and there were some leftovers. Added red pepper since I had it on hand.

It was really good! The dressing is amazing. My boyfriend is a really picky eater and he went back for seconds.

Incredible. I could have eaten the entire bowl, but I had to restrain myself. It's important to leave the avocados/cheese out until right before serving. Great to have in the fridge for the week!
