Everyone loved it! I made a loose version of this recipe because I had a pound of leftover taco seasoned ground beef from dinner the night before. I skipped the corn and cream cheese. Also, subbed a can of Rotel for the green chilis since I was out. Tossed it into an oven/broil safe pan and topped with cheese, sliced red onion, and tamed jalapenos. Baked and then broiled for a few minutes at the end. AMAZING!!
