This did not turn out well. The directions say to cook uncovered for 30 minutes. I cooked it covered for 40 minutes and uncovered for 15. The bottom layer of noodles was still hard. It also called for 7oz. Of Taco seasoning. Way too much. You’d be better off with 3-4 Oz.
