  • 1 onion (medium, chopped)
  • 2 cups salsa (your favorite, i use homemade salsa)
  • wonton wrappers (about 2 dozen)
  • 1 can black beans (drained and rinsed)
  • sour cream
  • green onions
  • sliced black olives
  • sliced green olives
  • salsa
  • guacamole
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (i used colby jack)
  • 1 package taco seasoning (or use your own homemade taco mixture, i like to make my own or just use 1/2 bought package as they are sometimes too strong)
