Very good! Family loved it. I would make the crust a bit thicker next time tho.

Really tasty and used vegetarian mince instead of beef, was enjoyed by all including the carnivores

This was tasty and very quick. I used 1 pound of ground turkey instead of 3, and I used refried black beans. I only baked for 20 minutes and that was plenty. The next time I’ll top with green onions for color.

I used black beans instead and it turned out wonderful, did not put the Doritos in, I just put them on the side,so they didn’t go soft.

This recipe is quick and easy to make. However, the Doritos at the bottom of the casserole makes them soggy and slightly unappetizing. I would recommend baking the casserole without the Doritos, then adding them later to individual portions. This gives the casserole a crunch that it desperately needs
I really don't like Doritos but in this dish was delicious. My family raved about it being good. Definitely will make it again.
