I love tabouli and this recipe is great. I can't eat wheat so I used oat groats instead. It was excellent. I have used rice and quinoa but I think I like this best. The groats have more texture than the others if you don't cook them too long.

Great! It was yummy! I did modify the recipe, but I have been cooking since I was about 8 years or so and I modify all recipes that I refer to.

Excellent. Good recipe, too many Americans use way too much Bulgar wheat. I added a little more lemon and salt

Perfect! Love this salad! Lite and simple went perfectly with hummus naan bread and falafels
