Really good! My US Army family lived in Ankara, Turkey in the mid 80s, and I ate a lot of wonderful food but never this salad or anything similar. When I found this recipe I was intrigued. I made a third of the recipe for just 2 of us and mistakenly doubled the olive oil and Greek yogurt dressing. It’s was great! I also subbed lightly pan toasted pecans because I’m not a huge fan of chick peas. I may try pistachios next time because Turks love their pistachios. (Sorry. I know it’s annoying when folks change the recipe then critique it. 😏) Regardless, this one’s definitely a keeper. It’s all subtle flavors even with a ton of fresh parsley. Big thanks to the author and to Yummly!
