- 1 cup sour cream
- salt (to taste)
- pepper (to taste)
- 12 corn tortillas
- 1/2 cup corn oil (or canola oil)
- 2 lb. turkey breast (leftover meat, cut in cubes)
- 4 cups cheese (Swiss, Chihuahua or Jack, grated)
- 1 bunch green onions (chopped)
- 1 cup cream sauce (thin sour, make with 1 cup half and half and 2 tbsp buttermilk)
