- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 4 Tbsp. lime (juiceto taste)
- 8 oz. mushrooms (sliced)
- 1 red bell pepper (chopped)
- siracha (/hot chili sauceto taste)
- lemon (juiceto taste)
- salt
- freshly ground black pepper
