- 1 cup black olives (green /)
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. chilli flakes
- 2 Tbsp. herbs (mixed)

Directions
- Whisk together the honey, olive oil, mix herbs, chilli flakes, in a ceramic dish.
- Add the tofu and olives and toss to coat. Cover and place in the fridge, turning once, for 2 hours to marinate.
- Meanwhile, drain the tofu and reserve the marinade. Alternately thread the tofu,and olive evenly among the skewers
- Lightly spray the skewers with the reserved marinade and serve as finger food in party.
