- 1/2 stick butter (a stick of, 4 tbsp.)
- 3/4 cup Truvia (or whatever sweetener you want to use… if using the THM Sweet Blend I would do 1/3 cup and then a tsp after that to make sure it’s sweet enough)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tsp. xanthan gum
- 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut (toasted)

- 3 Tbsp. Truvia
