  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 knob ginger (4-5 tbsp juice)
  • 3 tablespoons tamari soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 1/2 lemon (or 1-2 limes, juice, and some zest if you wish)
  • 1 tablespoon brown rice syrup (or liquid sweetener of your choice)
