- 1/3 cup buttermilk (or plain yoghurt)
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 2 cups sugar (I used golden caster)
- 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil (I used sunflower oil)
- 1/2 cup toasted walnuts (chopped)
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 cup double cream (substitute with heavy or whipping cream)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (soft, room temperature)
- 2 cups cream cheese
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 cups sugar (confectioner's, powdered)
