- 4 1/2 cups shrimp (peeled, chopped raw)
- 1.75 oz. water chestnuts (canned, drained, rinsed and chopped)
- 2 stalks celery (chopped)
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- soup
- 42 oz. vegetable broth (or chicken broth)
- 2 rice stick noodles (bundles, see picture above)
- onion (leaves, optional)
