- 12 cms seaweed (piece wakame, [hai tai] - cut into 1 inch length, soak, rinse and secure with toothpicks)
- 4 dried mushrooms (soaked, keep whole)
- 3 slices ginger
- 1 tsp. chopped garlic
- 300 mL water
- 3 Tbsp. light soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp. wine
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 dash oil (sesame seed, and pepper)
