Been a while since I've had steak! I went ahead and used juice from the whole lemon, so my butter was extra lemony. Tasted great! Think I'll go with the recommended lemon measurements next time, though.

Omg...delicious. Moved into an apartment and didn’t have a grill :( Cast iron skillet to the rescue!!! Made it for the new man and paired it with Ree’s potatoes au gratin and Dutch apple pie for desert 😊😊😊

These turned out amazing! I added chives and some bleu cheese crumbles to the butter! The butter was awesome we also put it on our baked potatoes!
