- 4 oz. butter (softened)
- 3 oz. blue cheese (crumbled)
- 1 clove garlic (chopped)
- 1/2 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
- 1 tsp. chives (chopped)
- 1 tsp. parsley (chopped)
- 32 oz. t-bone steaks (2 steaks, about 16 oz. each)
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 1/2 tsp. fresh ground black pepper

Directions
- Mash butter in medium bowl. Fold in blue cheese, garlic, black pepper, chives and parsley. Roll into a log in a sheet of waxed paper. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
- Place the Smart Oven+ Grill Attachment in oven. Select GRILL Mode and preheat Grill to High heat setting.
- Let steaks sit at room temperature for 30 minutes. Season both sides with salt and pepper and grill 4-5 minutes per side to an internal temperature of 145°F for medium rare doneness level. Remove from Grill and slice Blue Cheese Butter and place on top of hot steaks. Serve immediately.
