- 2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1 lb. ground beef (90% lean)
- 1/2 tsp. Chinese five-spice
- 4 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 pinch celery salt
- 4 cups shredded cabbage
- 2 cups broccoli (julienned)
- 2 carrots (julienned)
- 1 onion (diced)
- 1/4 cup Szechuan sauce (see recipe above)
- 2 cups mozzarella (or Monteray Jack cheese, shredded)
