- 3 Tbsp. cherry tomato (Arla, & Basil Quark Cooking Cheese or add a little tomato puree and some dried basil to plain quark)
- 1/2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 1/2 Tbsp. tomato puree
- 1/2 lemon (cut into 3 wedges)
- 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
- freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
- 1 pinch paprika (or cayenne Pepper)
- 1 gherkin (pickled, finely chopped)
- 4 leaves little gem lettuce (or you could use Iceberg if you prefer)
- fresh parsley (for garnish, optional)
- 2 slices cucumber
- 1 cherry tomato (cut in half)
