This is identicle to my mother's recipe - pie crust with an egg always turns out fabulous!

I’ve made this recipe multiple times and it always comes out perfectly.
I mix the salt with the flour and add the egg, water and vinegar together before adding to the flour and salt for a more even mix of all ingredients. And you can’t go wrong with golden Crisco.
I highly recommend this recipe!

I have been using this recipe for years. I do replace the crisco with butter and it turns our fine. You can reroll and freeze this crust too.
