I added green pepper and peas, which is how I had it as a kid. Definitely a do again.

This was so delicious! I made no changes other than adding green pepper too. I oven baked it for 2 hours and it came out so tender. Hubby loved it and so did I. Going in the rotation for dinners.

Perfect flavor and meat was super tender! We served over mashed potatoes with a side of broccoli and cauliflower with cheese
