This was wonderful. Everybody liked it. Will definitely be making this many more times.

This meal is a great tasting meal. I will definitely make it again. I used Swiss steak cuts that were a little thicker and took a bit longer to cook. I will use cube steak next time. We enjoy a thicker gravy and added a bit more flour and this worked well for us. My husband really enjoyed the flavor.

Very good! Added another Tbls of flour shaken w/ a bit of red wine (from my glass 😏) before placing the meat back in the pan as I thought the gravy was thin. But otherwise followed the recipe. It was a wonderful trip down memory lane and a great way to use a less expensive cut of meat. I’ll make this again. Thank you!
