This was very good, but I added 1/4 cup chopped onion, 1/2 cup chopped sweet red pepper and 1/2 cup chopped celery on top of the soup mixture and before the stuffing mix. I like a lot of vegetables in my stuffing. Mine was delicious, but I didn't try it as written.

This was so good and my kiddos loved it and had the leftovers for lunch at school the next day. Certainly on our list of things to make more often.
