- 1 bunch rainbow chard (washed and drained, if required)

- 1/3 cup sour cream (or milk or milk of choice)
- 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano (or 1 tsp chopped fresh)
- 1 tsp. fine sea salt
- 1/4 tsp. freshly grated nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese (or cheese of choice, ricotta, Parm, etc)
