This made a wonderful 1/2 kettle of very healthy soup. My husband kind of turned up his nose when I told him Swiss chard. I also served mine with generous amount of Parmesan cheese. I also used Riesling wine. Anyway, my husband really enjoyed. Asked for 2nds!

This was delicious. I added some parmesan cheese when served. Didn't add the wine because I didn't have any, but will give it a try next time. There will definitely be a next time!
