- 4 cups Swiss chard (chopped, leaves and stems separated, see Notes for substitutions)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 2 eggs (or 3, for cakes that hold their shape more when cooked)
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin (or 2 tsp cumin seeds, toasted and ground)
- 1/2 tsp. salt (or to taste)
- 1/8 tsp. pepper (or to taste)
- oil (additional, for frying)
- 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1 clove garlic (minced or pureed)
