- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- grated nutmeg (½-1 teaspoon freshly, start with 1/2 teaspoon taste and add more if you like… I love it with 1 whole teaspoon!)
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper (optional)

- 8 kale leaves (Curly-leaf, deveined.)
- 1/4 white onion (or medium yellow)
- 3/4 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- walnuts (Roasted, roughly chopped)
- 2 pinches smoked paprika
