Honestly these turned out a bit stodgy. Maybe feta cheese would be better than cheddar? Create a softer mic maybe? Also could be my stove top is just wacky and I wasn't able to cook them golden grown without overlooking the middle? Maybe directions could be a bit clearer on length of time in the oil?
