This came out pretty tasty. I did adapt it a bit to cut back on sugar. I used a small can of tomato paste instead of the ketchup and I used agave nectar instead of the brown sugar. I also doubled the liquids so that I could add more veggies (mushrooms and fingerling potatoes), and I added a few cloves of garlic just because I love it. The meat came out nice and tender and the veggies were done but not mushy.
