This is a great dressing! My mother has soy allergies and I am always on the lookout for dressings that taste "better than bought." This is it! Love how easy it is to make a batch; this is an in-demand item in my fridge.

This is a wonderful , quick, easy recipe! I made some minor adjustments. I reduced the oil to 1/4 cup ( greatly, reduces calories), added a small diced cucumber ( makes dressing have a creamy texture), used 8 small medjool dates instead of honey (makes it perfect for the Daniel Fast ), and one clove of garlic for more flavor. I processed dates, garlic, and cucumber in processor before adding to recipe
