I made the following changes and this was delicious:
Reduced chili powder to 1 tsp
1/8 tsp sriracha
1/4 c coconut aminos
Sea Salt to taste
I sliced the pork, salted it, then pan fried it till browned. I then added onions, diced Yukon potatoes and the sauce to the pan I cooked the pork in. I tripled the sauce recipe so the dish would not be dry.

A little too much chili pepper - will reduce it slightly and slightly increase the brown sugar next time. Otherwise my family, including two picky kids, enjoyed it.

Was a little heavy on the chili powder for me. Going to make it again and make some adjustments to seasoning. Overall, it was delicious!

It didn't seem like there was much marinade so I added about half a cup of fresh brewed pomegranate tea. Omg! It was amazing, I had guests and everyone was very impressed! It was very flavorful, the people who said it wasn't must be cooking it wrong or be used to pizza hut for dinner lol.

I had 3 tablespoons of french roast coffee grinds in dry rub to better tenderize the meat

The pork turned out lovely, but it would have been good to know that it requires an hour of marination rather than just the 20 minutes to cook.

Delicious! Just needs longer marinating time, perhaps overnight. The flavor is worth the wait.

I made recipe exactly as written. The meat came out moist, but none of us liked the flavor very much. I will not make this recipe again.
