- 2 tsp. dried herbs (I used Herbs de Provence)

- cranberry sauce (Balsamic)
- 1 1/2 cups fresh cranberries
- 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. ginger (freshly grated)
- 1 tsp. fresh rosemary (finely chopped)
- 2 tsp. sauce (adobe, for a little heat - highly recommend!, optional)
