- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour (or more if needed)
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- cracked black pepper (fresh, to taste)
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce (or fish sauce cause it tastes better! Fish sauce will be saltier, stat with 2-3 tablespoons)
- 1 Tbsp. chili garlic sauce (or any hot sauce, optional)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 1 Tbsp. rice vinegar

Decent recipe. Remind me of Chinese food. Nice would have liked it too be a bit sweeter. Will try again.

The chicken came out crispy and delicious the sauce was sweet. my son that is so picky in eating enjoyed it! I will most definitely be making it again!
